At a session ot the Probate Court forthe Ccmnty of Wflshlenaw. bolden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 11 day of Febrnary in the year one thousand eight huudred and ninty seven. Present, H. Wirt Newklrk, Judge of probate. In the tnatler ofthe estáte of Eli S. Manly deceased, Charles H. Manly thftadministrator of eaid estáte, comes into court and represent that he is now prepared to render hls flnal acoout as such admiuistrator. There upon It ordered, that Thursday, the lJt.h day of March next, at ten o'clock in the lorenoon, be assigned for examlnlng and allowing such accounts, and that the airs at law of said deceased. and all other persous interested in sald estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office iu the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed ; And it is further ordered, that said administrator glve notice to the persons ioterested in said estáte, of the pen - dency of said account, and ttie hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publisl'ed in the Ann Arbor Conrier a newspaper priuted and circulating iu said County three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
