At a session ot the Probate Court for the County of Washlenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the II day of February ir the year one thousand eight hundred and ninty seven. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge ofprobate. In the matter of the estáte of Eli S. Manly deceased, Charles H. Manly the administrator of said estáte, comes luto court and represent that he is novv prepared lo render bis final aceout as such administrator.
