At ïioon yesterday, Tuesday, June 2ud, at the residence of the bride's sister, Mrs. W. L. Tedrow, 011 E. William St., the ceremony was performed that united tlie lives oí Miss Mae E. Strohin .nul Mr. Leo Gruner. Rev. W. L. Tedrow officiated usingthe beautiful ring eeremony. Tlie bridesmaid was Miss Emily Gruner, sister of tlie groom, while William W. Wederaeyer, who is a cousin of the groom, officiated as best uiaa. Tlie flower bearers were Rev.Tedrow's little children, Iola and Paul, who perfornied their delightful tasks in a graceful, happy manner. After the ceremony a dinner was ser ved, and at 2 o'clock the couple took the west bound express for a wedding trip. Mr. Leo Gruner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonhard Gruner, is one of the well known young men of the city, who has grown to mauhood among us, and who commands the respect of everyone who knows him. The bride is a daughter of Mr. J. J. Strohm, of Union City, but she has made her home here for soine time, and within that time has drawn about her many warm friends. She formerly resided at Dixon, 111., and is an alumnus of the high school of that city. There were many beautiful and useiul presents received. After a eojouru of some days in Chicago, the guests of the bride's brother, Mr. Win. Strohm, the couple will return to Ann Arbor and go to housekeepiug at Xo. 28, ff. Fifth Ave., which has been prepared for them.
