At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday the 3d day of November, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninetyse ven. Present H. WirtNewkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of James Richards decpased. John Khankland, the admlnistrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared torender his final account as such iidministrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Thursday, the 25th day of November next, at lOo'clock in the forenoon.be assigned for exami'iing and allowlng such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Offlce in the city of Ann Arbor.iu said Couuty, and show cause, if auy there be, why the said account shonld not be allowed.
