A Coming Dedication

Washington, Feb. 23.- On the lOth of next May the Army of the Cumberland will meet here to dedícate a statue of General Garfield, which is to be placed in a circle at the íoot of Capítol hill and at the head of Maryland avenue. It was announced here yesterday that Congressman Warren Keifer has been selected to deliver the oration.
