Washington, Feb. 23.- Senator Fair, of Nevada, has directed the Commissioner oí Agricultura to send 6,5J0 packages of vegetable seed to the droujrht-stricken districts of Texas. Ho sends all tuo seeds that have accumulated during his term, except a liberal supply which he has from time to time distributed Id hisown State.
