School closed toda? at one o'clock, and reports will be read totnorrow morning in chapel. All persons desiring to obtain books for reading during vacation, had better attend to it this week, as the library will not be open at all next week. Prof. Chute has posted the work ior the first week in the laboratory for next term, and all who have physics are requested to copy it. The Chi Tau literary society will meet at Miss Susie Harwood's, on Division-st, this evening, insiead of meeting on Friday evening in the chapel. The participants of the junior exHbition have been doing gome remarkable rehearsing, the past few weeks, and Eomething very interesting is expected tomorrow evening. The entertainment will open at a little betore eight o'clock. Tickets are on sale at the different tession rooms at fifteen cents each, or can be purohased at the door for twenty-five cents each.
