Clement and Drake were well rendered and highly appreciated by all. The ''Dental Octet" made its first appearance before the league and their excellent selections were so well sung that they will ever be ponular with the league and the large audien.-e who listened to their singing. Miss Scrafford is an elocutionist of rare (ilnlity and completely won her audience. lier "One day solitary," and "The moon" were enthusiastically received by the whole audience. R. S. Smith's bass solo, "The London bridge," was well rendered. Miss Michener, from the Oberlin Coniervatory of Music, with her viohn, gave tbe audienoe a rich treat in playing ''Cavatina" and other selections. MissMicbene''s musical future seems bright indeed.
