New York, March 22.- Incoming steamers report passing large numbers of icebergs and immense fields of ice. They state that the ice extends much further south than usual. It is thought the racing yachts may be delayed on this account. Tho winds havo so far boen very favorable, and, if the ice does not prevent, it is though't that the racers may roaeh Queenstown about the latter part of this weck.
