Disbarred

Mii.wAUKKB, Wis., March 18.- Ex-Judge David W. Small, of the Circuit Court, who was tried at the instance of the Bar Association nearly a year ago for unprofessional conduct, has been disbarred from practicing law in any. court ol record in Wisconsin for six months. Judge Honnett iound the principal accusation, that Small received fees from parties on both sides of divorce cases, to be fully sustained.
