Indiasapoi-is, Itid., March IS.- The Oovernor and staff offlcers met Thursday and authorized a loan of f340,000 to pay the interest on the State's foreign debt. The loan is made through Coftln & Stanton, of New York, and bears 8 3-10 per cent. interest This is the smallest pricc ever eecured by the Staio on a loan.
