New York, March 19.- Advires from Panama say that the first case of cholera appeared in Chili December 26, and by the nudcüe of January was raging along the whole course of the Aconcaque river. In Lo Ocampo, a small town, from sixteen to twenty deaths were occurring daily, and the people finally abandoned the place. No vessels from Chili, Uruguay, Peru or the Argentine Repu bik' are allowed to enter Nicaragua, Costa Rica or Honduras ports. Bolivia maintains a sanitary cordon on all the roa Is leading to the Argentine RepubUo.
