Madisox, Wis., March 18.- The Assembly yesterday passed the bül to regulato elections ia cities of 50,000 or more inhabitants. The bilí prohibits solioiting votes, keeps crowds 100 feet from polls, limita 400 voters to a preoinct, and allows only one voter at a time in the room vvhere ths ballots are deposited.
