Washington, April 9. - The American Fishery Union of Massachuaetts reoently suggested to President Cleveland the closinfj of our markets to Canaüan fish products as a sufficient measure of retaliation. The President, in a lengthy reply, reminds the union that the retaliatioo propor 'd is not designed ior the protection oí any particular interest, but to maintain the National honor.
