Lynched In Court

Union City, Tenn., April 14.- While John Thomas (colored) was on trial here yesterday, charged with outraging Berta Turner, a little girl, masked men entered the court-room, seized Thomas and hung him to a beam. A coroner's jurv rendered a verdict of "death by hanging at the hands of unknown persons."
