Decision In The Maxwell Land Grant Case

Washington, April 19. -A decisión was rendered in the Suprema Court of the United States yesterday in what is known as the Maxwell land Krant case, thus setting flnally a matter that has been in dispute beXore the Interior Department and ■-ne courts for nearly twenty years. The court ia its decisión yesterday confirma the rtÍÍUnÍted States Crcuit Court and establishes the validity of the grant for 1,70000 acres of land located in Colorado and Uew Mexieo.
