Chicago, April 26 - The pólice of this city are co-operating witb the Citiaens' League in preparing a blacb-list of dive9. Tne mayor has instructed the city collector to report those saloons which have heretofore been refused licenses. The war is to comtnence in the rotten district of the South división, and be carried thnce to a square mile on the West side centering at Halsted and Madison streets.
