The Ladies Aid Society of the M. E. church will give a social in the lecture oom tliis evening. Tea at G:30. The ladiea' society of the Presbyterian ohurcb will give a social in the church parlors, irom 7 to 10 o'clock this evening. President Angelí will lecture in Hobart Hall this evening on " The Christian and other Religions as judged by their Fruits." Rev. Kerr B. Tupper, of Grand Rapids, will deliver a lecture at the Baptist church on Friday evening, subject : "Be a Man." Since bis two sermons here last winter so niany have expressed a desire to hear him again that the Baptist young people have secured him for a lecture, believing lüat the impression he then made should secure him a large and appreciative audience. An admission of twenty-five cents will be charged.
