New York, May 14.- R. G. Dun & Ca in their weekly trade review declare that a great revoiution in business is going on, which they attribute partly to the operatíons oí the Inter-State Commerce act and partly to the expansión in the volume and changes in the kind of curreacy. It appears that the smaller towna generally are being benefited by the Inter-State law, while the great centers are sufforiug. The output of pigiron is iucreasinK. The exports of breadstoiTs have been checked by the recent advanee in prioes. The business f ailures dur-j ing the lastseven days in the United States and Canada numbered 1Ö7, as against 176 during the corresponding period of last year.
