Two Millionaire Convicts

Büfpaix), N. Y., May W.- The jury in the case of the State against Hiram B. Everest and Charles M. Everest, the millionaire members of the Rochester Vacuüm OU Company, charged with conspiracy to destroy the Buffalo Lubricating Oil-works and to ruin the business of the company, returned a verdict yesterday morning in the court of oyer and terminer. It found the Everests guilty as charged in the indictments. This result was a surprise to tne friends of the defendants. A stay of proceedings was granted. ____
