Indiaxapolis, Ind., May 17.- Tbe celebrated Stnrn case, which has been pending in tbe federal cotirts in various forms Sor twenty years, has been decided by Judge Qresham in favor of the defeadants, Ferdmand Baker & Co., of New Yors. Tbe litiga tí on in vol ves a bout $163,000 and grows out of tbe purebase by the plaintiff, as agent for the Mexican Oovernment, of arms, one cargo of whi :h was lost in a wreek on tbe Mexican ooast. The value of the cargo be sought to recover from the venders. Tbe case will be appealed to the United States Supreme Coart.
