BfcRLiN, May 17.- General Boulanger's plan for an experimental mobilization of tbe Frenen army next October is distrusted here. If Francs mobilizes, Germany will mobilize also. Frince Bismarck has gi ven official statutory notice to the house and land owners concerned that the Government contemplates the extensión of the fortiüed area aroand Strasburg, Metz and Posen.
