Rome, May 17.- The Pope has approved 3ome of tho plans submitted by Cardinal Gibbons for the proposed Catholic National Universlty at Baltimore. He believes, wlth the American Bishops, that the adtninistration of the university should forsrei remain in the hands of prelates, and leaves the quesüon of location open.
