Sunday Newspaper Trains Disallowed

Haktford, Conn., Juao 5.- The Railroad Commissioners have issued thoir edict forbidding the Sunday morning newspaper train in tha State. This will also cut off the delivery oí New York papers in Massachusott3. The law was passedoat the last seesion of the Legislatura, and allows only the running of mail trains and trains for public neoessity.
