Postmasters To Hold A Convention

Washinoton, June 13.- Three thousand postmasters from all over the United States have decided to hold an annual convention in this city in December next. The object of the convention will be to urge upon Congress legislation increasing the salaries of postmasters and changes in the classiflcation of mail matter.
