Eufaui.a, 1. Ti, June 10. - The Indiar, councü here has adopted a memorial opposing the Laud-in-Soveralty law whicb will be forwarJed to Washington. The council claims that the law apportions U each individual ouly a part of that which is already his preperty, and leaves the balance for sale to a class having no syrapathy for the Indians, who will rush int the new country and crowd out cvc.j hope and chance of Indian civilizvition. The tribes ask that the President stay Un operations of the law until they shall be in condilion to be benefited by it.
