Rebels Beheaded

Shanohai, July 7.- A rebellion recentlv occurred at Chang Chan which was quickly suppressed and ninety of tho conspirators executed. Beveral secret tocieties ro belled in th province of Kiangzi about the same tima, and a military offlcer and eleveu solders found to be implicated in the uprising were beheaded.
