Balt Lakb City, U. T., July 9.- The Constitutional convention completed and adopted a ccnstitution Thursday. Provisions for the entire separation oí church. and State, non-sectarian education, no employment or rejection oï school teachers on account of faith or nonbelief in any doctrine or sect, forbidding bigamy and polygamy and providing penalties therefor, and apportioning representation so as to favor the minority were adopted in their entirety, and the convention adjourned subject to the cali of the president The constitution will be submitted to the people August 1, fnd the Utah Commission will allow the votes to be counted.
