STATE OF MICHIGAN, 1_ COUNTY OF WASHTENAW. f SSt At a eession of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thureday, the 20th day of June in the year one thousand elght hundred and eighty-seven. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of ProIn the matter of the Estáte of John C. Bird deceased. On reading and Bling the petition duly verified, of Jane C. Bird praying that a certain instrument now on file in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that she may be appointed executrix thereof. Thereupon it is Ordered, That Monday the nrst day of AuguBt neit, at ten o'elock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees, and heire at law of said deceased, and all other persons Interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor and 6how cause if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted : And it is further ordered. that said petitioner give notiee to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by cauüing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper pnnted and circulared in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hear ,ne WILLIAM D.
