Des Moinbs, la., July 15.- The State con vention oí Prohi bitionists was lield here yesterday. A State ticket wa selected as follows: Governor, V. G. Farnham, Plymouth County; LieutenanVGovernor, W. C. Caldwell, Jasper; Superintendent of Public Instruction, Prof. & N. Fellows, Johnson; Judge of the Supreme Court, C. H. Lewis, Cherokee. The resolutioms adopted cali for 2í cents per mile for passenger rates on railroads, repeal of the Pharinacy law and woman suflrage.
