Washington, July 17.- Assistant Secretary Maynard has declded that there Ís no legal authority for admitting frea of duty farm produots grown in the province ol New Brunswick, notwithstanding toe fact that the íarm may be owned by a citixen oí the United States and the crops produced írom seed exported Irom this country.
