Decision On Pool Selling

General Hunt has given an opinión to the effect that pool-selling on íair-grounds or race-tracks is in yiolation of the general law prohibiting gambling, and that agricultural societies permitting it on their grounds are not enütled to the $100 provided by statute for sueh organizations.
