Fish It satisfactorily appearing.to this Court bytl afhdavit of Albert Hs Wiliinson.on file in said cause, that the defendant, Anson Searls is a non resident of this State, but resides ín the State oí New Jersey, and that the defendants, Georee E Nugent and Josiah P. Fish, cannot be found and' their places of reaidence cannot be ascertained on motion of Wilkinson & Post, solicitara for said complainant, it is hereby ordered that each of said defendanu, Anson Searls, George H. Nugent and Josiah P. Fish, cause his appearance to be entered herein within five months from the date of this order, and in case of his appearance that he cause his answer to the complainanfs bül of eomplaint to be filed, and a copy thereof to be served on 6aid complaiuant's solicitors within twenty days after service on him of a copy of said bill and nptice of this order, and that in default thereof said blu be taken as confessed by said defendante. Wilkinson, as administrator w::h Om will annexed of the estáte of Mary A. Andrews deceased. vs. Alva Worden, Adella R. Worden' Henry M. Curtis, Henry Van Tuyle, Anson Searls, George H. Nugent. and Josiah P. Fish. It satisfactorily appearing to the Court by the affidavit of Albert H. Wilkinson, on file in said cause, that the defendant, Anson Searls, is a nonresident of this State, but resides in the State of New Jersey, and that the defendants, George H Nugent and Josiah P. Fish, cannot be found and their places of residence cannot be ascertained, on motion of Wilkinson & Post, solicitors for said complainant, it is hereby ordered that each of said defendants, Aii6on Searls, George H. Nugent, and Josiah P. Fish, cause his appearance to be entered herein within five months from the dat of this order, and in case of his appearance that he cause his answer to the eomplainant's bill of eomplaint to be filed, and a copy thereof to be served on said eomplainant's solicitors within twenty days after service on him of a copy of said bill and notice of this order, and that in defauiï thereof said bill be takeu as confessed by satd defendants. And it is further ordered that within twen? days after the date hereof, the said eompiaínaá cause a notice of this order to be published in ík Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulating in said county, and tha: said publication be continued therein at leas: once in each week for six weeks in succession, ot that he cause a copy of this order to be personally served upon each of said defendants at least twenty days before the above time preseribed for their appearance.
