LouisviLLE, Ky., Aug. 11. - The foüowing resolutions were recently adopted by the FarmerV Alliance oí Floyd County, Ind. They are just made public: "Resolved, That there Is no promise, either expressed or implied, by which the people of the United States must pay theix President 14,000 a month or any other urn while electioneering for a second term of office. Therefore, wa cali upon President Cleveland, before starting on hls pending electioneering tour through the West and South, to flrst write out hi&resignation as President and file it with the proper ofilcer in Washington."
