A Furious Battle

Wilkbsbarbe, Pa., Aug. 23.- In an attempt on Sunday to put a stop to the desecration oí the dayby mlners at Glen Lyon, Pa., ome 300 mlners and oitizens engaged In a street-flght, during whlch over sixty persons were injured, eome fatally. The riot lasted half an hour, and men were struck down on all sides. Dozens were carried away withcracked and bleeding heads to thelr homes. A few women mixed in the fray, and several of them were badly beaten.
