Obtained Full Control

San Francisco, Sept. 5.- A controlling interest in the American Sugar Refinery Company has been secured by the oíd minority etockholders, including men extensively eugaged in sugar-planting in the Sandwich Islands. The parties are said to be the same who led the recent revolution in Honolulú, and M. P. Jones, who has negotiated the transfer of stock, was chairman of the meeting which forced the King to change the Ministry.
