A Building: to Be Opened as a Saloon Torn Down by the IVople. Faibmount, Ind., Sept. 3- Ira J. Smith, the would-be liqnor-dealer of this place, is having a very hard time of it. Two months ago his new saloon building was blown up with dynamite. He was not deterred ty this manif estation of the people's dislike for his business, bnt collected the scraps of hia demolished building together and rebuilt He was yesterday again on the point of opening for business when 300 men, women and children gathered in the neighborhood of the saloon and completely razed it The populace is comprised of Quakers.
