Phu-adelphia, Sept. 18. - The new American party adopted a platform of principies at a meeting held Saturday. It demands a revisión of the naturalization laws, making a residence of fourteen years a prior ■ondition to citizenskip, and reeognizes the right of labor to ocganize for protection and larger remuneration. Several delegatea made a strong but unsuccessf ui flght for the introduction of a prohibition plank in the platform.
