Charged With An Awful Crime

Padücah, Ky., Oct 25.- Evans Shelby, a farmer livinff near here, has beea arrested for the murder of Mrs. Stephen Moore on October 15. She was 70 years old and, in dayhght, was horribly murdered in Ballard County, fifteen miles from here. About $280 was stolen from her purse.
