Chicago, O ct. 24.- The faction In the Knights of Labor opposed to Mr. Powderl; have iS8uel cü-culars from this city to al members of the organization which charge usurpation of power and violation of the laws of the order by those high in authority whose aim is said to be chiefly to benefi themselves, inexcusable extraragance in the management of the flnances, and the repressiou of all opposition by the most arbitrary meaeures.
