Washington, Nov. 11.- The annual report of Mr. MUler, the Commlasioner of Interna! Revenue, has been made public. The total amount of revenne collected during the fiscal year, ended June 30, 1887, was $118,829, 523. Eecelpts f rom tax on spirits during the year were $65,829,321, or $3,262,944 lesa than during the preeeding year. Fermented liquors furnished $21,922,187 in revenue, or about $2,000,000 lesa thaa durinsr the preceding year; tobáceo, cigars, oigarettes, anuff, etc., $30,108.067, or$2,000,000 more than during the precedingf year. The oleomargarine tax broujrht in $723,948 during the elght montas of th9 ñacal year that it was Bubjected to tax. Tha coat of colleoting the internal revenue taxes during the year was about 3 4-10 per cent of the amount coliected.
