Good Decision

At a recent meeting of the Ann Arbor Temperance Union the following resolution was adopted : Resolved, That while we believe In the principie of prohibition, and believe it a proptr subject tbr discussion at our Sunday meetings; and while we disbelieve in the licensesystem, considering it iniquitous in principie, unjust in operation, and siulul in the slght of Ood, and believe it proper to discuss its character at our meetings, we also believe that to bitterly arraign any poliiical party, or to indulge in harsh recrimination, is at once unwUeand improper on the sabbath day, and it wil! be our purpose andaim to conduct our meetings in accordance with the spirit of this resolution.
