Chicago, Dea 24. -The sale of the Timea has been completed, the transfer juet as good as made, and nothing now remalns to be done excepfc the fixing of the legal form by the court and the entering of the formal order by Judge Tuley. The exact terms of the transfer are, of course, kept a close secret Messrs. Snowden and West, the new proprletors, have notlned the present employés of the Times that they vvill assume charge of the paper about January 1. It is understood that the price paid for the entlre Storey estáte is a little over $1,000,000, of which $575,000 is to be in cash.
