No 1 of the third volume of thispublicacation comes to us in a new dress, 48 pages instead of 24 as formerly, and with a cover, in all presenting a very attractive appearance. The Unitarian ia a credit to Ann Arbor in appearance and in editorial work. Even those who belong to the evangelical denominations would readily 6nd muoh plessure in its pages however much they might differ with the Unitarian in many things. As mt of our readers know, Rev. J. T. Sunderland ia the active editor and publisher of The Unitarias The journal is printed at Thb Register office. In the two years of its exiatence, the journal has gained a circtilation oí over 6,000, the largest of anv of the nuraerous journals that go out trom the Ann Arbor postoffice. It is sent to all parta of the civihzed world. Oí the January number before ne, 12,000 copies were printed. Among the contnbutorg to the Unitanan durine the coming year are the fcllowing: James Freemati Clark, Robert Collyer, EJward Everett Hale, Mary A Liveraiore, E. L. Rexford, H. W. Thomas S. W. Sample, and Daniel Utter. The Unitarian was already nne of the leading exponent of the viewa cherished by the go oalled liberal churches, and in lts doubled size and finer appearance, it is sure to take a more prominent still among the religious journals of the country.
