Honesdale, Pa., Feb. 7. - Judge Hand, oL the Bcranton district, has decided that a person indicted for murder can not be retried af ter the disagreement of a jury. If thls is sugtained on appeal seTeral murderers awaiting second trials most be released, and it will appear that a number of persons have been illegally hanged.
