Judge Kinne took liis seat Tuesday morning in the Washtenaw circuit court. The bar was out in f orce, but the judge, without a single flourish in the way of an address, proceeded with the business on the docket for the March term. The case of Eli Ward vs. Michigan Central R. R., trespass on the case, was coniinued on application oL defendant on payment of $5 attorney fee and $1 clerk fee. The saloon case of the people vs. Lewis A. Wilcox. Wileox pleaded guilty of the charge, that of selling liquor to an habitual druokard, and paid $25 as a fine. Wilson hails trom Milan. Morrelt Goodrich vs. George Lamb, appeal ; continued on application of the defendant by consent. George Lamb vs. George Goodrich et. al., appeal ; continued on application of plaintiff by payment of $5 attorney fee and $1 clerk fee. William Wagner vs. C. W. Lyon and L. M. Lyon, trespass on the case upon promises ; continued on application of defendant on payment of fees. Salina Bunting vs. John Keek, assumpgit; judgment for plaintiff on default for $6142 with costs. William Wagner vs. C. W. Lyon and L. M. Lyon, assumpsit ; motion to set aside granted and motion to non-suit denied. CHANCKBT. Abram Gorslin vs. DeWitt C. Bucklin, injunction ; referred to John F. Lawrence, by consent of parties, for adjustment. George Moorman vs. Morris Hale and Clark Cornwell, injunction; referred to John F. Lawrence, by consent of parties, for adjustment. Matilda Vernam vs. James Vernam ; decree of divorce granted.
