A meeting of the senior class was hele Tuesday, to consider the resignation o' Mr. Miller as managing editor of the Omega. It was left to the board of editors to elect one.- The appearance of the walls of the hall have been very much imprbved during vacation, by a coat of paint.- Miss Fisher now occupies the position which Mrs. Sprague held last term as English teacher.- The junior class held a meeting on Tuesday to adopt resolutions suitable to the death of Miss Monroe, a prominent member of that class, and a committee composed of Messrs. Eandall, Dygert, and Walker, and Misses Tozer, Seyler, and Bennett was appointed. - The debate for lyceum No. 1, on April 13, is: Resolved, that American statesmen have done more for the United States than have the generĂ¡is. Messrs. Griffln and Severance are for the affirmative, and Messrs. Gormley and A. B. Johns for the negative.
