Preisent, WILLIAM D. HARRIMAN, Judge of 'la the'matter of the estáte ot Grant T. Perry, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duiy verified, of Harriet L. Perry. praying that administra tion of said estáte may be granted to Coinstock F. Hill, or some other i-uitable person.
