The injunction ia the Corawell-Swift case was dissolved Monday. Judge Kinne said that the njunction had been allowed ex-parte, without notice to the defendant; that the answer áirecüy controverts all the faots set up in the bill ; that there was nothing ia the case so far thatcould aid him in determining which party is right or which wrong. He continued : "Such being the case, toallowthis injunction to remain is practically to adjudícate in advance that the complainants are right and the defendants wrong. In my judgment thia would be inequitable, and in violation of well settled principies of chancery jurisprudence. Neither party, in my judgment, should have any such advantage, and no relief should be allowed antil the case has been heard upon its merits. The injunction must be dissolved without C08ts to either party."
