A Youthful Incendiary

Büffalo, N. Y., June 13.- Andrew Howard, aged 14 years, confessed yesterday to starting the great fire in this city February 1, by which $1,000,000 worth of property belonging to Barnes & Hengerer, drygoods dealers, was destroyed. He said he did it because he was angry with a floorwalker.
